The Zone is a Plymouth based charity established in 1995, providing a range of targeted services predominantly for young people.The Insight Team within The Zone is an Early Intervention Service, delivered jointly with Livewell Southwest, for individuals aged 18+ experiencing early psychosis.
Ideally we are looking for applicants with experience of proactive care co-ordination of people with severe mental health problems, many with complex and multiple needs, or those at risk of developing a mental state (ARMS).
Your professional background may be in Mental Health, a health profession, Social Work, Youth and Community Work, or a related field.
