A great opportunity to join a market leading business in both a solution sales and product sales role to large corporate clients.
We are recruiting a Senior Internal Sales / Account Manager for our client who are a consultancy service provider into a wide range of commercial, corporate, industrial and manufacturing sectors. Our client work with their clients to find a long term, sustainable solution to Health & safety (H&S) challenges and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) challenges.
This role although largely based from the Head Office will require occasional site visits and it is at the level of a normal business development / account management role. You will be working with a handful of key, corporate accounts, looking to develop the relationship and grow the spend by a small % each year, as well as looking to bring on board a certain level of new business.
Our client provide a best practice benchmarking consultancy - appraising clients' procedures and processes associated with Health & Safety, HSEQ (Health Safety Environmental and Quallity). They are essentially an external Health & Safety Management consultancy.
In addtion to providing a consultancy service to their clients, they provide a full range of high-end PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). They assess clients' current operational practice (associated with health & safety), create a report and ways to improve these operations to achieve cost and time savings as well as improving health & safety records and finally offering the full range of PPE (protective equipment) to back up the health & safety strategy.
They offer operational excellence through not only through their products but also through their services. This role is not a simple sales based on price to distribution. It is a true consultative sales role - developing long term, working relationships based on trust and delivery on promise. Working with the client to improve health & safety processes (and other areas of facilities management / facilities services).
What We Need:
- A true sales professional from any commercial or corporate background
- A dynamic relationship builder and an innovative thinker
- Someone used to selling into corporate clients at director level (Board Level, Procurement Director, HSEQ Director, H&S Director, Operations Director) and working to lengthy sales cycles
- Used to dealing with contract values of GBP200k - GBP3m
