Operating on a self-employed basis and enjoying shared responsibility with the existing partner for managing the team and growing the existing business across the surrounding area, you’ll be able to build on a ready-made client
base, whilst benefiting from the support only a big brand can give. Also, as your area’s representative for NFU members, you’ll quickly become a central figure within the local farming community.

We’re looking for a real people person. A proven leader and business developer, with strong relationship skills and a genuine passion for customer service, who can spot and convert a sales opportunity. Someone who can manage themselves, their team and the business, growing revenues and profit along the way.

On target earnings for the first year (based on the current renewal income of the agency) are £40,000, with no limit to your future potential. But equally, the lifestyle and the freedom that goes with being your own boss and
