About the role

An opportunity has arisen in the Cartons Factory for a dedicated individual looking to pro-actively develop their skillset further in line with a Grade 4 in the Gables area working 24/5.

As an Production operator you must be capable of running a broad range of downstream machinery, or be competent in running 2 or more lines of filler equipment and performing all duties associated with this equipment within a Factory. Prioritising workloads is key within this role to ensure that line efficiencies are kept to the highest level of performance. You must ensure that all monitoring systems required by the Company are completed accurately to ensure that packing conditions are checked in accordance with laid down quality procedures.

About you
You will be focused on performance and accuracy, naturally confident and self-motivated with a can-do attitude. You will have the ability to maintain housekeeping standards, help drive improvements and build relationships within the wider manufacturing department. By nature you will be dedicated to owning your own development with the support of your Line Manager.
