Property Manager - Surrey / Sussex borders - part home based

Our client is a long established and highly reputable property consultancy based on the Surrey / Sussex borders.

Focused on Property Management in all its forms, their block management team has continually acquired and retained high profile sites across London and the Home Counties resulting in their latest need for an additional Property Manager.

Working 2 days from the office and the rest from home or on site, the suitable property manager will oversee a 500 unit portfolio situated from Windsor/Maidenhead in the west to the North London/Hertfordshire borders in the east.

Suitable property managers will need to have 3 years block management experience, their own car and ideally IRPM qualification with QUBE exposure (however the lack of either wouldn't a dealbreaker)

AS the portfolio is well run with very few ongoing issues, the position MIGHT suit a property manager returning from raising a family or career break, so please do get in touch if you live within range, have the experience but aren't sure if your time out precludes you from other opportunities.

Salary is up to GBP35k to start with core hours of 9-5.30 Monday to Friday (very few if any evening meetings)
