Responsibilities

Estimating and Surveying of Public House Projects across all aspects of building

HI-TECH PROPERTY SERVICES are an well established and ambitious SME General Building Contractor. We undertake a diverse range of building refurbishment schemes for both public, private and retail sector environments. Our operating range can be simple projects sub GBP1,000 to more complex projects in excess of GBP800,000 in value. We have also established an enviable track record on working in conservation and historic building schemes.

Geographically operating across the South Coast and registered RICS practice through our professional services offering, HI-TECH PROPERTY SERVICES are keen to grow the business through new bidding opportunities whilst also building on our established client base.

To help us grow our business, we are seeking to add an additional Estimator/QS to the team and looking for suitable candidate who is keen to be part of a growing business and help win new bidding opportunities.

We are looking for a permanent candidate with suitable academic qualifications e.g. (HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying) or a minimum of 7 years' experience in:

• Site surveys scheduling and scoping required works including M&E works

• Preparation and submission of tender proposals on agreed schedule of rates and BoQ's

• Accurate production and management of estimates, including M&E works and subcontractor enquiries

• Cost monitoring, preparation of valuations and final accounts

• Knowledge of SMM7 & BCIS pricing methodology...... click apply for full job details
