ActionAid are currently undertaking a very exciting project; to deliver a comprehensive new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Data Warehouse programme. ActionAid are now looking to recruit a Workstream Manager - Solutions Development to lead on the implementation of this programme.

ActionAid is an international charity that works with women and girls living in poverty. Our dedicated local staff are ending violence against women and girls and helping change lives, for good. We won't stop until women and girls are out of danger, out of poverty and on track to create the future they want.

ActionAid are currently undertaking a very exciting project; to deliver a comprehensive new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Data Warehouse programme.

This programme will support our Mobilising Resources strategy to identify new supporters, better engage with existing supporters, and raise more income.

The new CRM will allow us to be more innovative and will improve both our supporter and internal user experience. Our systems and processes will be improved and our capability to provide evidence for effective decision making will be increased.

ActionAid are now looking to recruit a Workstream Manager - Solutions Development to lead on the implementation of this programme.

The post holder will liaise with our implementation partner and will work closely with the CRM Programme Manager, the Workstream Manager - Engagement, Change and Communication, the Senior Responsible Owner and they will also line manage the Project Coordinator.

The Workstream Manager - Solutions Development role is crucial for this project and for the wider organisation and now is a fantastic time to join a motivated and passionate team to make a significant and lasting change to our user experience.

In order to succeed within this role, it is essential that the post holder has extensive experience of the successful implementation of data warehouse and cloud-based CRM systems, including integration with other business systems.

You must also have experience managing budgets of GBP500k+ and vendor contracts.

We are keen to receive applications from those with experience of managing and delivering large-scale projects involving significant change and with experience of taking a project through implementation stages up to a fully operational state and beyond. Experience of MS Dynamics and/or Salesforce implementations would be beneficial.

If you have this skill set along with proven experience of working with a wide variety of stakeholders to successfully deliver complex projects, excellent interpersonal skills at all levels and with technical and non-technical audiences, we are keen to receive your application.
