Soho Farmhouse is a 100-acre estate and members' club, set in the Oxfordshire countryside, located just outside of Chipping Norton. The site comprises of 40 log cabins spread around lakes, as well as the main Farmhouse and cottage, pools, a gym, Cowshed spa, tennis courts, cinema and paddock.Our drinks philosophy is based around consistency and quality, enabling us to deliver good, honest drinks, using the best ingredients. Whether it's the first coffee of the day, the best cocktail of the party or the last whisky of the night, we know how important it is to get it right.We're committed to producing delicious home-from-home cooking, using the best seasonal ingredients available.

The Role

The Head Therapist should have qualifications equivalent to NVQ level 3. Our premier spa range specialises in a full collection of stylist and natural products and candidates will be required to deliver a full range of exquisite body and facial treatments as well as Cowshed signature pedicures and manicures. The Head Therapist will lead by example, be responsible for working and communicating with Management to ensure that high standards are maintained at all times between colleagues and clients.

Cowshed started with a simple mission: to inject a little country calm into people's busy lives. Today our spas and treatment-led natural therapies are famous worldwide for their originality, character and uncompromising attitude to quality.
Reserved for Soho House members and Farm guests, the Cowshed spa at Farmhouse has thirteen treatment rooms and six cocooning mani-pedi chairs, making it the perfect place to switch off and relax. Our members can experience our natural, wildcrafted treatments, from manicures and pedicures, facials, massages and our signature body therapies. Look out at the lake from our day beds, then stroll over the footbridge and discover our hidden island; hidden among wild flowers there's a steam room, sauna, restorative ice shed and hot tub (and a handy telephone to dial for cocktails should the need arise.)

We are searching for experienced and confident therapists who work hard to achieve a unique and personalise experience for every guest. You will be given in-house Cowshed training as well as the opportunity to follow our external training with SkinCeuticals.
