Hard Services Senior Contract Manager, GBP55,000 P/A, Staffordshire
Our client are a rapidly growing, yet established Hard Services Facilities Management provider with a rich heritage. Having recently been awarded several new contracts recently they are now recruiting for a Senior Contract Manager, to manage hard services on several sites based in Staffordshire. This is a new exciting opportunity, working on a newly awarded FM Maintenance Contract.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitoring KPI's and managing the Service Level Agreement for the contracts
- Help mobilise the Contract with support from the Mobilisation Team
- Managing a team of engineers and Help Desk
- Developing an excellent working relationship with the client
- Ensuring compliance on the specified terms of the contract
- Managing P&L
Skills and experience required:
- M&E qualified
- Exposure and an understanding of P&L
- People management skills - Experience managing a team
- Mobilisation Experience
