Ready to step into something a bit different? Unique, fun and non-corporate opportunity for a skilled & proactive IT Manager to keep the IT infrastructure running for this fun consumer brand. You'll be a bit of an all rounder and not only keep servers and desktops machines running but also work with EPOS and ERP systems. Working with Firewalls / Networking and Virtualised Servers essential. The role is for 30 hours a week worked over 4 or 5 days with the opportunity to boost hours if needed.

The IT Manager Role

This is an exciting new role, working in the vibrant and creative atmosphere.

We are looking for an IT Manager to oversee and maintain all aspects of our IT infrastructure. We have a broad range of technology-based systems and the successful postholder will always be responsible for keeping the company’s IT systems running smoothly, whilst ensuring data security and integrity are maintained.

This includes maintaining networks, servers and security programs and systems and the line management of the Technical Manager and technical team.

+ Office 365 Management
+ 3rd Party Relationships
+ EPOS

About You:

+ Previous IT experience in a similar role
+ Knowledge of working Networks including monitoring, server admin, routers, switches and VLANs
+ Experience with Active Directory: DNS, DHCP, GPO
+ Experience in provisioning and maintaining Windows desktop and servers
+ Experience of working with virtualised environments
+ Knowledge of email systems, preferably Office 365
+ Able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the company's work
+ Able to work as part of a team, but also be self-motivated when working alone
+ Willing to take on new challenges and learn new things
+ Resourceful and adaptable
+ Excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with staff at all levels, tenants, and stakeholders on a regular basis
+ Understanding of and commitment to equality and diversity best practice

Desirable:

+ An interest in film or the creative industries
+ GDPR compliance requirements (training will be provided if required)
+ PCI compliance requirements
+ SQL server experience
+ Integration with 3rd party systems
+ Web server management
+ Experience of staff management (training will be provided if required)
