This Design Coordinator's role is with a well known main contractor based in Hertfordshire. Their current project portfolio includes industrial, commercial, education schemes across both the private and public sectors. Upto GBP20m in value.
The Person
As a Design Manager you will be responsible for co-ordinating the design elements and interfaces of all aspects of one of the contractors smaller projects ensuring the quality of the design and monitoring the delivery of the project. Your role will initially be delivery orientated but will develop to include pre-construction/bid work. We are looking for someone with either an architectural, engineering or construction background and ideally has recently worked for a main contractor but this is not essential.
