My client is a Scientific Manufacturing organisation based in the Stirling area, they have an exceptional opportunity for a talented Sales & Marketing Executive to join them on a permanent basis.

Based within the Commercial Team and reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will support with operational marketing, sales and customer focused activities. This will be a hands-on role where you will benefit from supporting across the business, dealing with projects from start to finish and supporting with a variety of tasks to support the overall development and growth of the business.

Responsibilities will include:

Assist with the co-ordination and implementation of marketing campaigns and product launches
Maintain and update the CRM database
Work with internal teams to create relevant content, articles, press releases, publications etc
Coordinate events and tradeshows including developing a strategy for the Business Development team to following up on sales leads
Responsible for building, implementing and managing external knowledge base which will include competitor analysis and monitoring
Conduct marketing analysis and reporting
Responsible for managing department inbox and respond to incoming enquiries including potential sales leads
Assist with qualifying and validating sales leads generated from website and digital channels, this will include conducting warm customer calls and arranging teleconferences for Business Development team
Create reports and distribute to Senior Stakeholders
Ad-hoc support for Business Development and Marketing teams including administration tasks

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

Educated to degree level in a marketing &/or scientific related subject
Previous experience of working within a scientific, medical device &/or life science organisation is highly desirable
Exceptional writing skill are essential, the ability to create scientific content, press releases and articles with the ability to interpret and understand technical data
Confident IT skills which should include MS Office, digital platforms and CRM databases
Excellent communication skills, comfortable working within a highly collaborative environment
Keen to work in a varied, hands-on operation support role
Excellent problem solver focused on delivering solutions
