Part-Time In-House Recruiter
Exciting new opportunity for a Part-Time In-House Recruiter to join a fast-growing business that delivers fully managed secure ICT services to the UK's Defence and Security sectors and to other government departments which have complex and demanding security requirements.

This role is Part-Time, working 20 hours a week across 5 days.

The Candidate
Working within a growing Industry, the Recruiter in this business will be comfortable with recruiting within a fast-paced tech environment. As an experienced and reliable Recruiter, you'll focus on identifying and securing talented individuals, who will thrive within our company's culture.
This role gives the opportunity to make an impact across the entire organisation and would suit a passionate Recruiter who likes to be seen, and to shine! You will bring your direct sourcing experience with you, and along with your pace, determination, and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

Work efficiently to attract, select, and recruit suitable candidates for a wide range of roles within the business
Meet as many amazing candidates as possible and build a strong network of connections across a variety of technical and commercial disciplines
Attend and regularly run industry events
Manage recruitment campaigns and social media adverts
Assisting with the logging and tracking of applications
Liaising with other external agencies
Responding to queries from applicants and collating feedback
Qualifications:

Good Educational Background. Minimum GCSE Maths and English A-C.
CIPD level 3 / 5 (preferably)
Background in an IT role would be an added advantage
Skills and Experience:

Confident communicator
Excellent attention to detail
A good understanding of technical recruitment landscape is desirable
Highly organised, able to multi-task in busy periods
Ability to work with the existing team to ensure successful management of applications, including providing cover during busy periods
