JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an excellent Account Manager to join the team as a first point of contact for the Company for new and existing clients and queries. You will be processing sales and upselling additional products. You will take ownership of customers and give them an outstanding customer experience.
Role profile:
* To support all the teams with answering incoming new business calls, managing client accounts accordingly
* Upsell and cross sell
* Build relationships to develop into sales
* Contact new clients to promote the company and its services
* To maintain and complete all records for each client
* Use the internal IT system to ensure every bit of documentation is inputted and up to date
* Adhere to targets so must be driven to achieve results
* Speak to clients in a professional and helpful manner
* Answer incoming calls promptly in a professional and friendly manner
Person profile:
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Proactive and 'can do' attitude
* Promote a positive Company image to all clients
Essential criteria:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Experience of customer service
* Friendly personality
* Excellent time-keeping skills
* Client focussed
* Experience of financial services/insurance would be advantageous
