Clark James are the leading Kent based Insurance Recruiter placing satisfied Insurance professionals like you since 2007. Due to business growth we have a senior position to join the management of the Commercial Servicing team of a large broker in the mid Kent area.
This team specialises in business insurance of all types, looking after predominately owner operated businesses, of all shapes and sizes.
The Role:
• Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working with the directors of the business
• Day to day focus will be on managing the commercial handling team, which provides a high level of customer service, to a wide variety of customers including processing, mid term adjustments, claims and other servicing needs.
• You will also be hands on directly assisting a number of key clients yourself
• This will involve management of the people on a day to day basis, along with the process and monitoring staff and business performance.
• Creating and managing individual training plans, to achieve staff development and adherence to compliance and company procedure.
• Providing input into process enhancements to help the business
The ideal candidates will have experience of team management in the Insurance industry. They must be able to demonstrate an ability to lead and manage people, and the processes. Be dedicated, committed and prepared to get their hands dirty when required.
