As an Account Manager you will be required to work on the client's site as a member of the ALS team, creating, maintaining, and enhancing the customer relationship. You will be responsible for attracting and registering candidates to fill vacancies, and you will have supervisory responsibilities in terms of payroll, control of absence and timekeeping, and the performance and conduct of employees.
**You will cover Devon and Cornwell and surrounding areas, so a driving licence is ESSENTIAL**
The account manager role will include:
* Building a good relationship with the client
* Running day-to-day operations - check-in /out shift, daily problem solving and issues, reports and back office admin
* Stakeholder engagement and meetings with the customer
* Organising and continually monitoring clients staffing requirements on various shift patterns
* Dealing with telephone enquiries
* Drafting and advertising job vacancies on all available media
* Screening, interviewing and registering candidates
* Carrying out and keeping record of all on-site inductions
* Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting
* Delivering to set KPIs as agreed with site management
Requirements
* Good Written and Verbal skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
* The ability to work to deadlines is essential
* Strong motivational, and interpersonal skills
* Innovative
* Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
* Good planning, communication and organisational skills at all levels
* The ability to work under pressure
* Ability of working on a rota basis
