Package: An extremely competitive basic salary, and an excellent uncapped OTE and benefits package
Territory: East Midlands - Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and South Yorkshire
Selling: Flat roof systems and waterproofing solutions
Customers: Main Contractors, Roofing Contractors, Local Authorities and Surveyors.

THE ROLE - Area Sales Manager:
• A territory sales role inheriting an established and well performing GBP750,000 area to manage and develop.
• Promoting an industry leading range of flat roof and roof waterproofing solutions.
• Tracking refurbishment projects across the public and private sector, with an established network of contractors, surveyors, local authorities and building owners.
• All business won will be sold through an approved network of roofing contractors.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:
• A high-level sales professional with a proven track record of field sales within the construction industry.
• First class presentation and communication skills, and consultative and structured in your approach.
• My client will happily recruit from within the roofing or waterproofing sector.
• Although this is not essential and my client will happily recruit from other technical construction backgrounds.
