A well-known national Student Accommodation provider are currently recruiting for a temporary Accommodation Manager based in Southampton(SO15). The successful candidate will be paid GBP15 per hour and will cover the site for 5 days in the first instance to cover annual leave . (Monday 26th to Friday 30th October 2020 9.00am to 5.00pm)
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a 150 bed student accommodation site
- Running Health and Safety checks on the site
- Sales
- General customer service
- Managing budgets
- Handling any queries and resolving complaints
- Processing invoices
- Collecting rent
- Invoicing
To be considered for this Accommodation Manager position, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar building managerial position
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- to be available for the above dates and be able to hit the ground running in the position
