Job type: Full Time, Temporary Contract 5-6 months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: GBP29,071 - GBP32,187 per annum pro rata

About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our specialist College for an enthusiastic and committed College Lecturer to join our dedicated multi-disciplinary team. This position will start at the beginning of the new academic year (September 2020) and will initially be on a temporary basis for a period of 5 - 6 months with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.
You will prepare, plan and deliver imaginative and effective College sessions and will be responsible for the assessment, recording and reporting of our College learners. You'll work collaboratively with the College Leadership Team to drive quality improvements and raise standards and work within the curriculum framework to develop, implement and review schemes of work and lesson plans to meet a range of needs.
About you:
This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who has experience teaching adults aged 19 to 25 with Education Health Care Plans (EHCP's) who have complex learning difficulties, disabilities, health and care needs and who has GTC registration as a qualified teacher/lecturer or FE, PGCE or Cert Ed or equivalent qualification.
