Are you looking for a role with autonomy, variety, technically challenge and a chance to stamp your mark on a world class facility?

This company have three state of the art CHP sites that generate over 3MW of electricity which power over 1000 homes and also produce 16mw of heat. They have invested heavily over the last 5 years and have further expansion plans in the future.

In this role you will be tasked with the management of engineers and 3 CHP sites. This will include the day to day running of the plant, planning work schedules, management of the teams and be involved from a hands on point of view.

The ideal candidate will have been a hands on engineers who has progressed into a management or leadership role but who also has experience working in a similar environment such as CHP, incineration, ORC, boilers or energy from waste site.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior engineer or maintenance manager to join a company who has a highly skilled and close knit team but also play a key role in this company's growth and development.

The role:
*Assist in the running 3 CHP sites.
*Management of 5 engineers.
*60% Management 40% hands on.
*Days based role

The person:
*Have experience in a maintenance manager or similar role.
*Hold an engineering qualification
*Have a background in CHP, incineration, ORC, boilers or energy from waste sites.
