Due to popular demand we are now recruiting for full or part time Community Care Assistants in Windsor to work on a full or part time basis, we offer flexible working patterns to fit around you and your commitments.

Our customers have a wide range of care needs and require our assistance 7 days a week. So we are looking for carers who are empathetic, understanding, compassionate and available to work a range of shift patterns including alternate weekends and some evenings. We pride ourselves on our Care Assistants providing our customers with high quality care to enable them to remain independent within their own homes.

Whether you have experience in care or may have cared for a relative or friend, or just want the opportunity to make a real difference to someone's life, we will provide you with full training and ongoing support to enable you to develop and learn new skills. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.

The Role:

  • Assisting customers with their daily living needs
  • Personal Care
  • Medication
  • Meal Preparation
  • Shopping
  • Cleaning and more

We do require you to:

  • Have a genuine desire to help others
  • Be punctual and flexible
  • Have the confidence to work alone and as part of a team
  • Be able to travel between customers homes
