Sales Consultant

Our client is looking to hire an Internal Sales Executive/ Account Manager who would like to forge a long- term career within an award-winning environment.

All B2B backgrounds will be considered for the role, our client has particular interest in people who come from and IT, ICT, Telecoms, Utilities or Solution based sales background.

Role Account Manager - Desk Based

Salary GBP18k to GBP21k Depending on Experience. OTE GBP50k + Uncapped

Location Newcastle, Gateshead

Hours Full Time Permanent, Business Hours

The Role

?? To develop opportunities across the product portfolio to existing and new clients.

?? Manage existing clients, increasing spend and share of wallet through first class sales skills.

?? Engage and partner with the Field Sales team when required to improve the customer experience.

?? Achieve and exceed reasonable targets and KPI's set.

?? To be an ambassador for this market leading brand, carrying forward the quality of interaction that has come to be expected from such a well-respected business.

There is no cold callingin the role, all customers you engage with will be current clients and people doing this role currently are earning on average GBP3k -GBP5k per quarter in bonus.

The role also offers a first-class working environment which encourages people to develop and grow for the long term into more senior roles, management or field sales.

The Person

?? B2B Sales experience with a track record in results.

?? Experience of creating new business opportunities and managing clients.

?? Excellent communication skills at all levels

?? Understands the concept and value in pipeline and how to forecast results.

?? Ambitious to achieve GBP60k + in earning and grow a long-term career.

?? Experience in IT, ICT, Telecoms or solutions sales desirable

The Reward

?? GBP18k - GBP21k basic salary depending on experience

?? OTE GBP50 -GBP60k + Uncapped (regular earnings in this team of GBP3k -GBP5k per quarter)
