Job; Web Developer - Remote & % London

This company is a 10 person, GBP1m turnover business where all employees have a share in the company (today, this year and in its future). They are a group of Open Source Developers who help their clients simplify their clients' customer journeys.

With offices in Islington, London, they have operated on a remote-working basis since their foundation over 20 year ago. They pride themselves in having enough knowledge of open source CMSs (such as Drupal and Typo3) to know when they are good and when they hit their limits. They complement that core by using other technology approaches under the PHP umbrella - such as Laravel or Symfony - to seamlessly blend the specific to the general.

They take a lean and agile approach, working in partnership with clients, using shared work spaces, communications channels, and collaborative boards such as Trello or Miro.

Due to continued new client wins and expansion they seek an additional PHP-savvy Web Developer to join their team.
