Your new company
You will be working for a well-established and successful care provider which provides homes and education to children and young people with learning and physical disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour. They are currently recruiting for Residential Support Workers to join their Preston team in providing a bespoke package of care to each individual.

Your new role
As a Residential Support Worker you will be supporting the team in providing an emotionally secure, consistent, supportive and caring environment for the young people and to encourage their social, emotional and physical development so that they may realise their full potential. You will be working on a rota basis with a variety of shifts on weekdays and weekends, evenings and sleep-ins.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you have a minimum of six months experience supporting children or young people in a residential or similar setting. A Level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or a similar qualification is highly desirable, however a willingness to complete this qualification is also desirable.
