Contek are working with a small, precision Engineering company in Newton Aycliffe - who produce various parts to sub-contract sectors including building supplies and special purpose welding machines.
As a CNC Miller Programmer, your duties will include;
* Programming and Operating CNC Milling machines using Hurco Machinery.
* Working to tight tolerances
* Using 3/4-axis machines
* Making a number of precison components from 1-Offs - 10-Offs.
The Candidate:
To be considered for this role, the candidate must possess the following;
* Strong experience Programming - Hurco
* Confidently able to write own programmes from scratch
* Able to read and work to technical drawings
* 3/4 axis experience
* Able to work unsupervised
* Experience working with various materials
Day shift Role
