Senior Civil Engineer

Amidst all the chaos, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Engineer to develop, build and operate a Civil Engineering arm within an established consultancy. Elements of the workload is currently being handled in-house, but the plan is to give an opportunity to the right individual to head up a division which they can effectively make their own.
It will suit an ambitious individual who's prepared to dig deep, and be hands on with the design and management, and also to liaise with relevant authorities. You will be expected to handle large residential development sites typically ranging from 50 to 100 units, drainage and highway design and detailing required and have experience in the liaison with drainage and highway authorities in order to obtain all the necessary section approvals.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience as a Civil Engineer
* BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent
* An understanding of the design and modelling of drainage
* Experience working on residential developments
* Experience liaising with highway authorities
