Job Title - Technician / Mechanic / MOT Tester
Salary - Paying up to GBP32,000 plus overtime at time and half
Hours - 37.5 hours per week working a 5 week shift pattern
I am currently working with a great company who are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a qualified Technician / Mechanic / MOT Tester based at their Abingdon site.
Technician / Mechanic / MOT Tester job role:
Based in a busy workshop environment you will be required to undertake all levels of work from standard servicing and fault analysis to complex diagnostic repairs.
You must be capable of following the repair process from fault analysis to completion
You may be required to undertake PDI work as well as road testing vehicles.
Ideally you will be experienced in using the latest diagnostic systems.
Requirements for Technician / Mechanic / MOT Tester:
Previous experience as a Technician / Mechanic is essential
Ideally have a formal qualification to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
ideally hold an up to date MOT Smart Card but this is not essential
Must have own tools
You will ideally have category C1 on driving licence or be willing to obtain it.
