We are currently recruiting for a HR/Payroll Administrator for our client based in Corby to assist their HR & Payroll Manager in ensuring an effective service is provided to all management and staff. Drive the HR service forward, implementing new HR initiatives. Continually gain credibility and raise the profile of the HR service amongst Senior Management Team and the workforce. This role is predominantly payroll
Payroll duties
Processing of weekly and monthly payroll
Check clocking in cards, making time/absence amendments/holiday allocation
Produce weekly and monthly payroll spreadsheet
Maintain holiday records
Prepare weekly advance holiday payments
Update absence records
Leavers-calculation of accrued holiday pay etc.
HMRD submissions FPS and EPS weekly and monthly
Payment of NI/PAYE
Process/deductions of employee attachment of earnings
Apply auto-enrolment legislation
Weekly/monthly submission of pension payments
Joun new members and new communication documents
Update employee recrods woth new address/changes
Monthly submission of CIS details to HMRC
Maintain apprenticeship levy records
HR administration duties
Attend disciplinary/grievance hearings for notetaking purposes, when necessary
Any other HR administration duties as required
Experience required
Competent in Microsoft software packages to include Intermediate Excel (experience of V Lookups essential)
Miniumum of 2 years payroll/HR administration experience
Experience of manual payroll essential
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (flexibility) 1 hour for lunch
