Electro Mechanical Engineer required. My client is a leading manufacturer of industrial machinery and equipment based in the Stevenage area. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Engineer to join their team. The successful Electro Mechanical Engineer will have a proven background in electro mechanical assembly and be educated to a minimum of an NVQ Level 2 qualification, or equivalent in an engineering related subject.
Electro Mechanical Engineers Position Overview
Electro-mechanical assembly of industrial machinery and equipment,
Following engineering drawings and diagrams.
Carry out installation and commissioning duties on site
Collecting the required components from stores.
Assembling & wiring of mechanical and electrical components.
Testing electro-mechanical assemblies and documenting results.
Fitting the associated pipework.
Ensuring assembly projects are completed within defined timescales.
Electro Mechanical Engineers Position Requirements
Proven background in electro-mechanical assembly/fitting.
Educated to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in an engineering subject.
Ability to assemble electro-mechanical components.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Ability to read electrical circuits.
Understanding of IEE Wiring Regulations.
Electrical fault finding.
Testing of electro-mechanical assemblies.
A Full UK Driving Licence.
Based in a commutable distance of Stevenage.
Electro Mechanical Engineers Position Remuneration
Salary GBP28,000 - GBP40,000 - Dependent upon Experience
28 Days Holiday, including Bank Holidays
Pension
Working hours: Mon-Fri 08:00am-17:00pm
