Challenge-trg are recruiting Class 1 HGV Drivers for the Irlam Distribution Centre.
A fantastic opportunity to join us at our client's site in Irlam, Manchester for RDC deliveries, trunking and trailer swaps across the North of England.
We are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers across various shift patterns and start times including weekends.
The Pay Rates: Up to GBP15.00 per hour
What the HGV class 1 driver can expect:
Challenge Transport & Distribution Client
Up to date automatic units - DAF, Renault and Scania units
Trunking work
Minimal Manual Handling
Guaranteed min 10 hours
Shift lengths 10-12 hours
Reverse on bay - loaded and unloaded by site
Trailer swap and drops
24 hour operation
5/6 shifts available weekly
Day, Nights and Weekends shift availability
Long-term on-going contract - January through to December
Other clients available within the Challengetrg GroupAssurance of LTD payments even after IR35 comes into effect
24-hour assistance to all drivers
Onsite parking
Vending machines on site
Weekly pay
Can accommodate PAYE and LTD drivers
On Line timesheets
CPC courses available from Challenge Qualified AssessorsAssessments with Challenge Assessors
* Outward facing camera - protection from other drivers.

The Requirements from the HGV Class 1 driver:
* A full Class 1 HGV Licence
* A valid Drivers CPC Card
* A digital tachograph card
* A full understanding of WTD legislation
* A good geographic knowledge of the UK road network
