Work for a well establishing national Nursing Care provider whose focus is ensuring the best care for their residents. Our home based in Pontypool is looking for the right nurse to join the experienced Nursing team. If you are a committed RGN or RMN looking to join a friendly team within a Nursing Home setting, we want to speak to you! As a night nurse you will work 4 nights per week with an attractive salary of GBP41,548.

As a night nurse you will be responsible for:
Administering medication for patients
Reviewing care plans for patients as requires
Being a support Clinical Lead in maintaining high standards of care at all times.
Providing general nursing care for up to 33 residents with General Nursing care needs.
Work alongside a Multi-Disciplinary team to review patient care on an ongoing basis
To be considered for this role you must:
Be able to commit to Night working
Registered General or Registered Mental Health Nurse
Have a Nursing degree or equivalent
Have an NMC Pin
Be able to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check
