Job Title - Fleet Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Manager / Fleet Workshop Foreman
Salary - GBP30,000
Hours - Monday to Friday days - 37.5 hours
I am currently working with a fantastic fleet company in the Southampton area who are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a qualified Fleet Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Manager / Fleet Workshop Foreman to join their busy site.
Fleet Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Manager / Fleet Workshop Foreman job role:
Supervising and motivating a team of Technicians and proactively reviewing daily workload to seek opportunities that will help drive performance.
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing quality checks, resolving any issues, and re-assuring customers by providing all necessary information and advice.
Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
Providing technical information for Technicians during repair operations
Validating suppliers invoices.
Ensure repairs are carried out according to manufacturer's procedures and in a safe and responsible manner.
Assist in the fault diagnosis process.
Comply with warranty procedures during repairs and with warranty material on completion of a repair.
Requirements for Fleet Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Manager / Fleet Workshop Foreman:
Previous experience as a Fleet Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Manager / Fleet Workshop Foreman is essential
Ideally have a formal qualification to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
Must have own tools
Must have a full UK driving licence
