As a Live in Carer, you'll be supporting one of our clients every day in their own home. Due to the nature of the role, you will be living with your client providing companionship, personal care as well as other tasks such as domestic duties. Our Live in Carers earn between GBP550-GBP750 per week, depending on your skills, experience and the clients care needs.

Care experience is not required as all of our Live in Carers are provided with intensive training as well as the option to shadow one of our more experienced Care Assistants. You'll also have round-the-clock support from our Field Care Supervisors.

What does an excellent Care Assistant look like?

  • A caring, compassionate nature and desire to make a difference in someone's life
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Ability to take part in a minimum two-week placement
  • A good level of English - both written and spoken
  • Be willing to travel within the South West region
  • Approachable and supportive to individuals

You'll also have the opportunity to join our Care Training Programme, a 12-15-month course where you'll gain qualifications in care which are equal to 7 GCSE's! If you don't have a GCSE in Maths or English, you'll also gain these too.
