Management Information Systems Officer - Course and Timetables
GBP18,158 - GBP19,818 per annum
(Maternity Cover) - Temporary until 31st August 2021 or on return of the post holder (whichever is sooner)
37 hours per week
The Role
Responsible to the MIS Manager, working within the College's management information systems team and liaising closely with the allocated Centre, you will be responsible for the course set up, timetable set up, and enrolment queries. Ensuring information is fit for purpose, meets College business planning requirements, and yields maximum funding.
What we are looking for
Applications are invited from candidates with at least an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent, and qualifications in English and Maths Level 2.
We are looking for an individual who has experience of working in a busy office with excellent administrative skills. The ability to interpret complex guidance and problem solve data issues is essential.
