Wayleave Manager
We are presently recruiting for an experienced Wayleave Manager to join an exciting telecoms company as they embark on a period of significant growth and expansion projects across Northern Ireland!

Wayleave Manager Responsibilities will include:
* Leading a team of experience Wayleave Officers to ensure continued delivery
* Take ownership of any problems which arise within the team and ensure Officers are afforded the opportunity to grow and learn from any issues
* Negotiate Terms & conditions on behalf of the company
* Direct reporting to senior management on ongoing Wayleave projects, site acquisitions and agreements set in place
* Coordinate meetings within communities with businesses and residents
The successful applicant will require significant Wayleave and management experience from a recent telecoms project (ideally fibre / full fibre roll out) along with strong negotiation skills and an ability to develop strong, autonomous teams.
Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 (DOE)
Location: Armagh / Down / Belfast / Antrim
