A main contractor require multi-traders to work on a mobile basis, with van provided, in London.

Your new company
An exciting, long-term opportunity to work with a main contractor has just become available. They require skilled multi-traders to work on a mobile basis, with van and fuel provided, in London. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8-5.

Your new role
As an experienced multi-trader you will be working on a mobile basis completing planned and reactive maintenance works in social housing. Duties will include:

• Plumbing (leaks, blockages, taps, basins etc.)
• Carpentry (doors, locks, frames etc.)
• Painting & decorating
• Plastering
• Tiling
• Basic electrics (lights, sockets etc.)

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience and the ability to work under your own initiative. You will also require:

• CSCS card
• Valid driver's license
• NVQ in relevant trade

What you'll get in return
When successful in this role you will receive a long-term contract with a main contractor. You will also receive:

• GBP18 per hour
• Company van
• Company fuel card
• Full-time ongoing work
