Intervention Specialists Wanted!
Are you an experienced teacher looking for a skilled, specific role? Are you an NQT who is yet to find a role?
If the answer to the above questions is a yes, Protocol Education would love to hear from you!
We are currently looking to recruit skilled teachers who are confident and comfortable leading child-centred interventions as part of the Government's new 'Catch Up' Tuition funding.
Schools across the country and being promised large sums of money that is to be used specifically for intervention work. Due to the unforseen absence that many children had during the recent lockdown, there are large gaps in learning that schools are desperate to plug!
WIth your help and by using your skills and expertise, you can change and rapidly improve this picture! We are working with a wide range of schools across the county currently and have some fantastic opporunities coming up!
To be considered for the role, you must:
•be an outstanding practitioner who leads by example
•Promote active parental involvement and links with the community
•Place children and young people at the core of their work
•Are inspirational, dynamic and forward thinking
•Have a thorough understanding of how children learn
•Have high expectations of attainment and behaviour
