My client is seeking experienced Support Workers to care for individuals at their Service in Newbury and become an integral addition to their workforce supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities.

This position although on a temporary basis will offer the opportunity to pick up 3+ shifts a week as well as booking in advance offering not only flexibility but guaranteed work!

Shift patterns - Monday - Sunday: Days: 7.00-22.00 / 7.00 - 15.00 / 15.00 - 22.00 + WN

Pay: GBP9-GBP12 per hour (subject to payment and shift type - PAYE or Limited Company)

Requirements for you as the Support Worker:

Enhanced DBS (on the update service)
Experience supporting vulnerable adults with the above challenges
Experience within a residential environment promoting independence
Excellent communication skills including reading and writing
Ability to learn and pick up tasks quickly
Considerate and flexible with working hours /days
Committed - there are regular weekly shifts and block bookings for this service therefore commitment to the assignment is essential
Up-to-date mandatory training*
Clean Valid UK Driver (Desirable - not essential)
