Digital Marketing Manager - Westcoast Digital
The Role
A brand new, unmissable opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop our digital strategy whist managing; our online presence, SEO, paid social, digital PR campaigns, partner and brand affiliation and our CRM. Responsibilities include (and are not limited to):
* Build, grow and develop our digital marketing strategy surrounding our product launch: how we enter the marketplace, how we build the right level of exposure to the right audiences, how we grow and scale post-launch
* Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital activities against business objectives
* Recognising industry trends and insights and to inform strategy, execution, and budget
* Work alongside and manage our agency in regards to build, testing, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment of all paid digital advertising: social media, relevant sites
* Know and implement the right opportunities to be taken outside of digital: print, OOH, award submission, press release, radio etc
* Implementing targeted conversion points and optimising user funnels to achieve this
* Maintain our best-in-class mentality: benchmarking our digital offering against big players
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of relevant experience within either the creative, technical or entertainment industry (brand, retail, or agency). We a looking or someone with strong range of digital expertise and examples of previous campaign management and results achieved.
Skills/requirements
* A strong B2C digital marketing and eCommerce background
* Excellent organisational skills, including time & resource management
* Strong digital skillset across all digital marketing needs: SEO, paid social, digital ads, CRM etc.
* Self-motivated with leadership, innovative and forward-thinking entrepreneurial qualities
* A hands-on approach to marketing
