Gi Group are currently seeking production operatives to join a manufacturer of automotive parts based in Normanton. We are seeking diligent and hard-working individuals with a good eye for detail. The role is ongoing with permanent opportunities for the right candidate.
Job Details
Monday to Friday
Rotating shifts:5.45am-1.45pm;1.45pm-9.45pm ; 9:45PM-5:45AM
Pay: GBP9.05-GBP9.70
Overtime: GBP11.77
Key duties and responsibilities of our Production Operative:
* Repetitive nature of the role requires someone that is patient yet efficient
* Job requires a candidate that is able and willing to complete repetitive tasks
* Following strict process procedures within the manufacturing operations
* Full compliance with health & safety procedures and practice
* Achievement of plant production targets and KPI's
* Ensure Quality and customer service standards are fully met
* Ensure process waste is minimised and managed correctly at all times
* Active contribution to continuous improvement initiatives
