Senior Regular Giving Fundraiser Coordinator who has an enquiring mind and the knowledge and experience of inspiring and exciting donors to become regular givers is required for a well-established Charity based in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
SALARY: GBP30,000 - GBP32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
LOCATION: Maidenhead, Berkshire
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week

JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Senior Regular Giving Fundraiser Coordinator who has an enquiring mind and the knowledge and experience of inspiring and exciting donors to become regular givers.
As the Senior Regular Giving Fundraiser Coordinator, you will use your experience in regular giving, lottery acquisition or transferable skills to help lead the Charity's growth to sustainability so that they can give families facing life limiting illnesses the support they need and deserve.
Working as the Senior Regular Giving Fundraiser Coordinator you will be able to motivate, inspire and manage lottery canvassers so that every experience the local community has mirrors the fantastic care that they families receive.You will work with the Head of Individual Giving to come up with creative and clever campaigns to update the regular givers and recruit them wherever they are - online, via post, via telephone and via fact to face fundraising.
This job is office based with the opportunity to work remotely regularly.
DUTIES
Your responsibilities as the Senior Regular Giving Fundraiser Coordinator :
- Support the Head of Individual Giving in the development and implementation of the annual fundraising activity plan
- Achieve annual budgeted income and expenditure objectives and agreed KPI's
- Develop and deliver committed giving income across a multi-channel programme including direct mail, digital activity, door drops and telephone fundraising
- Lead on growth and sustainability of the Charity's lottery through face to face recruitment, telephone and online recruitment
- Develop supporter and donor journeys which will involve use of email journeys on Mailchimp
- Create persuasive and engaging content for digital and offline recruitment and retention
- Analyse campaign results and overall insights into lottery and regular giving and produce regular reports. Monitor and provide regular feedback on expenditure against budgets
- Work with the Database (Donorfy) to identify trends and make evidence based decisions for donor acquisition and loyalty programmes
- Work across the Fundraising and Marketing team to deliver creative appeals and regular giving programmes
- Manage all regular giving campaigns including: data, print and production, postage, briefing staff, suppliers and any other aspects to meet agreed deadlines
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience and knowledge of marketing techniques, including digital and direct mail, or previous experience within individual giving fundraising
- Experience of managing and building relationships with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders including design and print/production agencies
- Ability to interpret data and make the right fundraising decisions
- Experience of dealing with customer queries through multiple communication methods including: Telephone, Written and Face to Face
- Ability to use sales/fundraising databases and the Microsoft suite
- Good oral and written communications skills with the ability to inspire donors and fundraisers
- Ability to work logically, methodically, accurately with attention to detail and prioritise as appropriate
- Ability to remain calm and self-controlled under pressure
