Fawkes & Reece are recruiting a Graduate/ Assistant Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a privately owned regional civil contractor. Our client requires someone to work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor covering a range of civil engineering, marine and water works. Schemes typically ranging from GBP100k - 3m in value.

About the Company/Client/Project:
The company are a privately owned regional civil contractor working throughout the South Coast in sectors including Civil Engineering, Marine and water works.
They self deliver the majority of the work they carry out and have long standing relationships with local authorities, water boards and Tier 1 contractors.
The work includes landscaping, coastal & river, infrastructure, ground works and clean/waste water works.
Requirements including certificates and qualifications:
Suitable candidates are likely to either have a degree or HNC/ONC in quantity Surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.
Applications are welcome from candidates who have already gained one to two years' experience working in construction or civil engineering or perhaps carried out a placement assignment within the industry. They will also review university graduates looking to take the first steps in Quantity Surveying.
Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK
