2nd Line Support IT Technician
Due to expansion a leading documentation and data management business to the defence sector are looking to recruit a 2nd Line Support Technician on a permanent basis. You will work in their busy office in Gloucestershire. Excellent training and career progression opportunities are available to the right candidate.

Key Skills:
*Proven skills in managing firewalls and security appliances - policy writing, network routing and SSL certificate skills is essential.
*Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Server and Active Directory management of users and desktop systems.
*Excellent Group Policy skills.
*Experience of supporting desktop users with Windows 10. Both in person and via remote support tools.
*Good VMWare experience in setting up and managing hosts and VMs.
*System monitoring and log interrogation experience.
*Follow ISO27001 processes and procedures.
*Cyber Essentials + knowledge
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Salary: Dependent on Experience
