Trainee Service Advisor
We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Premium Main Dealer who are currently recruiting for a Trainee Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Southampton area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Trainee Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
The requirements for a Trainee Service Advisor are as follows:
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
You will need to be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction
Very strong organisational skills along with being IT literate as you will be learning a lot of computer systemsAs a Trainee Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:
Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the Service Advisor role requiresFor your hard work as a Trainee Service Advisor our client is offering a salary of GBP18,000 basic plus bonuses.
