Band 7 PCN pharmacist - Remote work allowed
Athona's Health division are working with a client who are based in Bradford who are looking for a locum Band 7 Primary Care Network Pharmacist to join them.
You would be required to carry out SMRs (Structured Medication Reviews) as part of the PCN DES (Primary Care Network Directed Enhanced Service). The Job can be done remotely.
Requirements of the role include:
Locum Experience Essential
Experience in carrying out SMRs
Ability to work as part of the PCN DES.
Must have NHS/Hospital/GP Surgery Experience
MPharm or BPharm essential
GPHC RegistrationThe Job:
You will be required to work a minimum of 60 hours per week
