Journey Recruitment are recruiting for a dedicated, driven, sales focussed Team Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a Client Advice Team based at HQ in Bracknell, Berkshire and this role does not involve any weekend work!!

The role includes

Making outbound calls at the point of instruction informing clients of the service you provide

Following up on calls with emails

Booking a revisit for a Sales or Lettings Manager

Obtaining additional information for Corporate clients

Cross-selling third part products to include financial services and conveyancing

Managing a team of staff providing motivation and direction

Monitoring the team and holding daily team meetings

Doing monthly performance reviews and identifying underperformance

Coaching and developing staff and managing resources
