Role: 1st Line Hardware Engineer
Location: Kidderminster
Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP23,000 DOE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced 1st Line Hardware Engineer to join a leading organisation in Kidderminster.

Responsibilities: 1st Line Hardware Engineer

Excellent customer service.
Ensuring company and customer specific SLA's are always met
Effectively resolve issues and calls raised or allocate to an appropriate third line resource.
Complete any tasks as set out by the Technical Manager.
Assisting with the in-house preparation and configuration of Workstations, Printers/Scanners/MFP's, UPS's, Switches, Firewalls and Routers
Regular checks throughout the day of Remote Server Monitoring
Regular checks throughout the day of Support Mail and Support System for new jobs and either resolution of reported issues or escalation to the team.
Support of Windows Server 2008 through to 2019
Windows 7 & 10, plus MSP technologies such as Remote Server Monitoring, Managed Antivirus, Cloud & Local Backup, Patch Management etc.
Skills and experience: 1st Line Hardware Engineer

Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems an advantageYou will have basic knowledge of most/all the following:

Microsoft Office/365
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Azure
Microsoft SQL.
Microsoft SharePoint
