Our client have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their Customer Services department.
Using a structured project management framework across the whole life cycle of a project, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to project closure, according to the standards of the organisation.
You will continually develop and improve the Group’s project management framework and supporting systems, processes, and technology, to support the delivery of high performing services.
Job requirements
Lead and implement successful change projects in order to create efficient and irreversible improvements to support organisational objectives
Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a portfolio of business improvement, change and transformation projects, with the ability to work on simultaneous projects at the same time
Immerse yourself within the relevant business areas, understanding legislative, regulatory and external requirements, in order to ensure change and results are delivered effectively
What our client looking for
Project Management accreditation e.g Prince2, MSP
Experience of project management, benefits identification, modelling and management skills
Excellent analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills, with an attention to details and a focus on delivering results
Experience of monitoring key performance indicators
