Location: Crewe, Cheshire East, Macclesfield, Wilmslow
Salary: £18,870 per annum

Full Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

We’re looking for a Service Coordinator to work with households across Cheshire East. You’ll be providing tailored support to help our customers live independently in the local community.

You’ll provide a range of support such as practical advice, emotional support, referring customers to external services and attending meetings or reviews that relate to customers. As this service is funded by the local council you’ll need to work towards service requirements, targets and objectives too.

We’re ideally looking for someone with extensive experience supporting adults, young people or families with complex needs such as substance misuse, homelessness and mental health. You’ll have a genuine understanding of people impacted by homelessness, with great communication and problem solving skills to provide the best support. However, if you do not have experience of supporting people with complex needs but have other transferable skills we would love to hear from you!

The nature of this role means each day is different so you’ll need to be flexible and adaptable, with some evening and weekend work required.

The successful person for this role will need a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for business use and will need to be DBS checked too.
