Assistant Parts Manager is needed in a well-known and reputable dealership in Hertfordshire. Our client is looking for someone to manage 3 parts advisors. An ideal candidate needs to have minimum of 5 years experience within parts department from either commercial or car dealership.
What you will be responsible for
You will be accountable for achieving sales targets by selling parts via the front counter and telephone based sales.
* Being a brand representative that has expert product knowledge and delivers an exceptional customer service
* Building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers
* Identifying and targeting prospective clients developing business
* Identifying required parts, making add-on sales and processing orders through to invoice and delivery
* Completing internal sales and stock management duties

* Can do attitude with excellent customer service skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Previous parts or sales experience
